It has been a truly remarkable 20 years and we are poised for even more, thanks to our market leading new vehicles and top-ranked dealerships and of course you, our valued customers. Just two decades after our first arrival in Canada there is a remarkable fleet of 380,000 Mitsubishi vehicles driven by Canadians across the country. Our original network of 48 dealers has doubled to 96.

We are very proud of our focused and refreshed SUV line-up showcasing an SUV line-up that features our all-new 2023 Outlander PHEV. The all-new 2023 Outlander PHEV is a game changer

When the original Outlander PHEV arrived in Canada, it immediately became the top selling plug-in hybrid in Canada. Now, the entirely new Outlander PHEV leads that category into the future.

For our vast country with its icy temperatures in a winter, longer range is provided by a new higher capacity drive battery and a larger fuel tank. The electric-only range has been extended to 61 km; the overall range increased to 687 km. You can forget range anxiety and searching for charging stations.

Superior driving is provided by an upgraded S-AWC (Super All Wheel Control) all-wheel drive system, featuring our twin-electric motors, now with over 40% more power output than the previous generation. The 2023 Outlander PHEV is loaded for the family delivering 5+2 third row seating. You’ll find everything you loved in the all-new Outlander gas from style and design to market leading safety features like 11 air bags and available Mi-Pilot Assist and high-tech connectivity with available Mitsubishi Connect, standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and available wireless phone charging. Another great innovation in the all-new Innovative Pedal. Innovative Pedal allows for “one-pedal” operation, by using the accelerator pedal alone. Innovative Pedal will control both acceleration and deceleration, almost to a complete stop, while providing maximum brake regeneration. Add the silky-smooth drive feel of driving an EV-based powertrain and you really do get the best of both worlds with the all-new Outlander PHEV.

Let’s not forget the rest of the refreshed line-up from Canada’s most fuel-efficient non-hybrid gasoline vehicle, the ultra-affordable Mirage, to the steadfast RVR, and the stylish Eclipse Cross.

For the 2nd Year, Mitsubishi Motors, and its dealers mark World Food Day with over $150,000 in support.

Once again, Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada (MMSCAN) and its dealerships have partnered with Food Banks Canada to build awareness and funds to support Canadians living with food insecurity on United Nations World Food Day (October 16). The total donation over two years has now provided more than 600,000 meals to Canadians.

We’re proud of our efforts to support people and children living with food insecurity over the many years we’ve been in Canada. We are also very proud of the local support our dealers provide at a community level to various causes close to the heart of their community. There are too many to name here.
