Consent to Use CCS App Account data, Driving, and Default Vehicle Data

By activating and using this CCS application, I acknowledge and agree that Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada, Inc. (MMSCAN) may collect, use, and share my personal data, including:

• Account Data (e.g., name, email, phone, etc.)
• Vehicle Data (e.g., odometer readings, maintenance alerts, error codes)

This data may be collected through the CCS User App and the vehicle’s telematics device.

I understand that:

• My data will be used for service delivery, customer support, and marketing purposes, in accordance with Canadian privacy laws and MMSCAN’s CCS Privacy Statement.
• My data may be shared with affiliates, vendors, and service providers who support the delivery of Connected Vehicle Services, as described in the CCS Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement.
• I have the right to access, correct, and withdraw my consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limitations, and I understand the implications of doing so.
• It is my responsibility to inform vehicle occupants and guardians of minors about the collection, use, sharing, and retention of data as outlined in the Connected Services Privacy Notice.
