Lighting up the night: Mitsubishi Motors gives fans the ultimate fireworks experience in Montreal

Five enthusiastic Mitsubishi Motors fans and their families were treated to a very unique way to view the world’s most prestigious international fireworks competitions in July. Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada invited the families to watch ‘Japan Night’ at the spectacular L'International des Feux Loto-Québec in a truly exclusive and luxurious fashion. They took in the event while sitting in the made-in-Japan Mitsubishi Outlander SUV, which was refreshed for the 2025 model year with a new interior, new driving dynamics, and a powerful Dynamic Sound Yamaha audio system.

The fireworks competition in Montreal draws an estimated three million spectators each year with a series of competitions through the summer each carrying a different cultural theme. The shows are renowned for their intricate synchronization with music, turning each 30-minute display into a magnificent, eye-popping spectacle. The fireworks, which are launched from inside the La Ronde amusement park, explode spectacularly over the St. Lawrence River and right beside the iconic Jacques-Cartier Bridge.

The Mitsubishi Motors group were given a prime viewing spot with a clear, unobstructed view of the pyrotechnics. Enhancing this already breathtaking event was the Outlander's state-of-the-art technology. The superfans listened to the synchronized music through the SUV’s new Dynamic Sound Yamaha Ultimate sound system, an audiophile's dream with a 12-speaker setup. The system delivered the musical score with astonishing clarity and depth, creating an immersive sensory experience that few spectators could replicate. The sound was so pristine that it made the already grand show feel even more personal and intimate.

The event not only celebrated the dedicated loyalty of the Mitsubishi Motors community in Canada, but also served as a brilliant showcase for the advanced features and luxurious comfort of the 2025 Outlander. With approximately 6,000 fireworks set off during each show, the experience was a true feast for the senses, amplified by the vehicle's cutting-edge audio technology.
