During the day, top up the battery at the growing network of 240V charging stations. In a hurry? Look for a DC quick-charging station nearby. The Outlander PHEV can be charged to 80% in around 25 minutes .

REGENERATIVE BRAKING

Put The Brakes On Wasted Energy

Traditionally, vehicles waste energy while braking, but the regenerative braking in the Outlander PHEV cleverly converts that excess energy to electricity and stores it in the battery for later use. You can also control the amount of energy being recaptured and adjust coasting levels with the steering-mounted paddle shifters.
